  • What is your turnaround time?
    My typical turnaround time is 24 hours. I offer RUSH proofing for all orders which cuts the turnaround time down to 12 hours. » Initial Digital Proof: Within 24/12 hours from purchase » Revisions: Each order comes with 3 rounds of complimentary edits. Each updated proof will take up to 24/12 hours to receive an updated digital proof » Approval: Once approved, your final high-resolution files will be sent to you via email within 24/12 hours
  • What stock will my invitations and envelopes be printed on?
    The default stock that your invitations and announcements are printed on is our Signature Matte. This heavyweight stock is versatile and has a lovely matte texture. You can count on this stock to get the job done!130# / 352 gsm. / 17.5 pt. The default envelope stock are white 80# luxury heavyweight matte announcement envelopes that are perfect for any event and extremely high-quality.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    I do! All of the pricing that you see is already discounted so no hidden fees or coupon codes! When you buy more than 1 product you will recieve upto 40% off depending on the amount of different products that you purchase. The more you buy the more you save!
  • Do you offer envelope addressing?
    Yes! All invitations and announcements come with FREE envelopes with FREE return AND recipient addressing - yay! It is imporant to us that you are able to receive your coordinating nvelopes free of charge. The envelopes addressing service is great because it ensures that the whole look is professional and polished! All you need to do is stamp and mail - I made this too easy!
  • How does envelope addressing work?
    Your envelopes also come with free return + recipient addressing! You can fill out a Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers file with separate columns for: Recipients, Address, City, State, ZIP, and Country (if applicable) An image is below of an example of how it should look. When you are finished you can email the list to me at printshop.mia@gmail.com Also let me know what name/address you would like me to use for the return flap. If you’d rather leave the envelopes blank with just the return address printed we can do that too!
  • Help! I'm running behind and don't have time to purchase physical prints. Do you offer your designs as digital?
    Yes! All products can be purchased as digital files. Reach out to me prior to purchasing to discuss pricing.
  • Do you offer any RUSH options?
    Yes! I offer rush proofing, printing, and shipping for most orders. Please see the Turnaround Times and Rush Options page for addional information
  • How much is shipping?
    Good news, all domestic orders (within the U.S) ship with free 2-5 business day shipping. Additionally, all orders come with tracking information.
  • Do you ship internationally
    We do ship internationally! I reccommend reaching out prior to purchasing if you are international to discuss options since international orders take a bit longer than domestic orders.
  • Can I customize the text on the cards?
    Yes! All of the text can be 100% customized! Just make sure to put your requests in the personalization field with your event details when you place your order and I will make sure that your requests get reflected upon your proofs when I create them. Please note that extensive text edits (ex. adding in paragraphs of information in place of text that is one line) will result in additional fees since the design will have to be altered to accommodate extensive text.
  • Can the designs be customized?
    All designs can be customized at an additional fee. Edits to the design such as text, fonts, colors, clip art, etc. are considered custom design alterations and will result in an additional fee. If you are interested in customizing a design pelase reach out to me prior to discuss pricing.
  • Do you do custom orders / designs?
    Yes! We love custom orders and we are always open to taking them on. We WANT to work with you! It would mean so much to work together to create special that is completely unique to you and your event.
  • Do you offer matching products?
    Yes! All of our designs can be made to match on over 50 different products! If you are interested in a product reach out to me so we can discuss!
  • Do you offer samples?
    Yes! Samples are a great way to get a feel for what you are buying without commiting to a full order! Samples are only $10 each and you can choose any products of your choice to see sampled. If you are interested in samples feel free to reach out! Please note that samples are NOT customized. The sample you will receive is how it looks in the product images. Personalized samples can be done at an additional fee.
  • Do you offer cancellations or refunds?
    If you need to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours from the time when the original order was placed for a full refund. » After proofs have been sent for approval (but not sent to print), you may cancel your order for a 75% refund. » Once your proofs have been approved and sent to print, cancellations and refunds are no longer accepted. No exceptions. Please note documentation is made before any physical order ships. If your order arrives damaged, a photo must be provided for proof. I do not issue any returns but I will accommodate to help fix the order as best as possible.
  • There was something wrong with my package, what do I do?"
    If you have any issues with your order whatsoever please reach out to us so we can discuss further! Please note documentation is made before any physical order ships.   • What is the difference between a Digital JPG and Printable PDF?
    A Digital JPG is a digital image file that can be sent in various digital ways such as text, email, Facebook, etc. You would purchase this if you don't plan to print. A Printable PDF is a high-resolution print-ready PDF that is used by professional printers and is typical printer standards. This is also the file you would use if you plan to print yourself. However, if you are choosing to have these printed it is best to look into/contact the place you are printing with as a lot of non-professional printers such as Walgreens, costco, walmart, etc. only allow JPG files as their printing standards are for photo printing.
